Steps of the Order Process:

Choose products and add them to your shopping cart. (only in-stock products).

Proceed to checkout to make the purchase.

Enter your email address.​

Provide your shipping address and choose a shipping/delivery option

Choose from the payment options and specify your payment details​​ (just follow the how-to payment instructions at checkout).

Click on Place Order.

Then you'll see your order details at the Thank you for your order page.

If your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email.​ Your order details will also appear in the email.

You can check your order status at any time in your customer account on the website (We automatically create a customer account for your email address entered, then you can sign in with this email address to your customer account at any time and check your order history).

If the transaction was successful, Paid order status is automatically set for your processed order. If the transaction was declined, you will see a Cancelled status.

Using offline payment methods (cash/bank transfer):

Although no actual payment is gathered online during your order placement, you still have to fill in your order details.

Just follow the how-to payment instructions at checkout, or we will use your order information to contact you and explain to you how you can pay for the ordered products (transfer money directly to our bank account, pay via invoice created by us, or use cash payment when you pay directly in person).

If the order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email.

The order status will remain Awaiting Payment until we’ve received payment and marked the order as Paid.​​

A Paid order status means that PayFast processed the payment.​​​​​​​​​

Our shipping rate is a flat rate of R100, irrespectively if it is a small or big parcel. This amount is automatically added to your final cost at checkout.​

When do we cancel an order?

After specifying your payment details, the bank requests a password or One Time Password/PIN (OTP) from you, which is typically sent to your mobile phone, to prove that the person undertaking the online transaction is the authenticated cardholder and therefore entitled to use the card.​​

If you prefer not to use your credit card details online or have no credit/debit card to make online payments with, you can transfer money directly into our bank account with ABSA via the internet (using internet or cellphone banking) or go make a bank deposit.If you prefer to pickup your products from us, we also accept orders in person.

Although no actual payment is gathered online during your order placement, you still have to fill in your order details so we can send you an email with our bank details, and an Order Confirmation once your orders are successfully placed.
